Q22 – The office of the Year 2016
The Eurobuild Awards recognize companies active on the commercial construction and property markets in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. On 6th of December for the seventh time a jury comprising almost 160 real estate professionals chose the companies and buildings that have had the greatest effect on the Polish real estate market in 2016.
Q22, a modern office building to stand 155 m tall over Warsaw's business centre, was chosen as The Office of the Year 2016. Q22 applies the newest technologies as well as cultural trends enabling free interior planning. Halton delivered there switchbox units and air diffusers SLL.

The Eurobuild Awards are widely recognised on the real estate market – the event has grown to become one of the most important events of the year, showcase the leaders, the trends and the strengths of the market.
Atrium 1 and Ubiq Business Park awarded in the Architecture competition
It's worth mentioning that in the Eurobuild Awards in the Architecture, organized by the same Eurobuild CEE organization in September, also offices with Halton's solutions were awarded. One of them is situated in Poznań – it's Ubiq Business Park, an office building complex, where special CCE beams were delivered.
The second is Skanska's office in Atrium 1 in Warsaw which has been LEED precertified with the highest Platinum rating e.g. thanks to Halton's solutions implemented there: CCE and Rex 600 chilled beams and DTR diffusers.

CBF Nowy Świat awarded in Mayor of Warsaw Competition
Second edition of the Architectural Prize of the Mayor of Warsaw took place in December too. Winners were selected by a twelve-person jury appointed by the Mayor of Warsaw. Based on the public nominations, the jury selected up to five nominees in seven categories. The competition was organized and endowed by the Mayor of Warsaw. The Prize was awarded in association with the Warsaw Branch of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP).
In the Public service architecture (commercial building) category CBF Nowy Świat with Halton's special design CCE chilled beams won. The building designed, constructed and fitted out in line with the guidelines of the international LEED certification system.
