CE marking for Halton fire dampers

Halton’s broad fire damper range is now CE marked. CE marking is required from fire dampers 1^st September 2012 onwards in EU according to the Construction Product Directive (CPD) 89/106/EEC. Type approvals will expire following the end of the transition period for the adaptation of the harmonized product standard.

Halton’s fire dampers FDC, FDE, FDI, FDT, FDR, FDS and FDV confirm to all essential standards.

In addition to fire dampers, Halton’s fire and safety offering covers smoke dampers, smoke evacuation dampers, fire valves and damper management systems.
