Testing And Balancing (T.A.B.™) is a technology allows a fast control of the exhaust and supply airflow rates, during the commissioning phase and during the whole life cycle of the kitchen.
Every exhaust plenum and supply unit of the canopies or ventilated ceilings is equipped with a pressure port, allowing an easy pressure measurement. The T.A.B.™ curves or coefficients allow then to determine accurately the airflow rates.
The commissioning and the balancing of the whole kitchen exhaust and supply ductworks is easier and faster. After all maintenance operations, the balancing can as well be easily checked. |
