System description
Halton Puzair has developed a unique module design of cvc together with the Technical University of Tampere in Finland. One module serves 1-7 simultaneous users. The module design minimizes investment and maintenance. Usually one module serves for one fire department. A module contains central unit (complete unit with cyclone and cartridge filter, dust container/dust pack, electric and logic control cabin, compressor), pipes, cable to inlet valves, inlet valves, cleaning valves and pneumatic pipes (for 3-7 users only) and cleaning tools (hose length of 10-15 m). When a cleaning hose is plugged in an inlet valve, it starts a central unit. Sensors control how many users are joined and optimizes vacuum and minimizes electric consumption continuously.
