Rebecca joined Halton Foodservice in Rochester back in 2015 when she initially applied via an agency to cover a maternity contract within the Service Department as a Service Coordinator. Since then, Rebecca has progressed through the company over the years and worked as a Service Coordinator, Finance Coordinator, HR Assistant and has now recently qualified as a HR Manager.

“I am grateful for the opportunities Halton has given me over the last 5 years. Having shown interest in a HR support function to assist the business 2 + years ago, this has slowly developed into a full-time role. Having little HR experience, Halton invested in me by putting me through a CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management Qualification to which I have recently completed. As a result, I am more confident within my role and have been able to effectively manage recent challenges that Covid-19 has presented the business with.”
