Changes to Halton Group's Executive Team

Halton renewed its strategy in 2018 and now the group is seeking even faster profitable growth. Reaching the new goals requires the company to bring in new talent as well as to further develop and expand various competence areas. In order to support these developments, the Group's Executive Team will undergo changes in terms of roles and responsibilities at the turn of the year.

Lic.Sc. (Tech.), ICF PCC Kenny Niutanen, 54, is appointed Halton Group's People and HR Director as of 1 January 2019. He will join Halton from Business Coaching Center. Kenny has long and extensive experience in the development of service and maintenance functions as well as the leadership of sales support & marketing, customer service and competence development at Nokia Networks. Kenny has a Professional Certified Coach credential from ICF and, in recent years, he has worked as a consultant in strategic implementation and leadership development.

"I wish to welcome Kenny warmly to Halton's global team and the Group's Executive Team. I believe that his broad experience in business as well as in coaching of teams and individuals will provide us with new perspectives and opportunities as we are developing new, strong competence at Halton", says Kai Konola CEO of Halton Group.

Once Kenny begins in his new position, the Group's long-term HR Director Hannu Hallila will become CR Director primarily in charge of the development and reporting of Halton's corporate responsibility work. Furthermore, Hannu will be responsible for selected group-level development projects.
