THE STREET Food Hall is a bustling collection of culinary experiences carefully curated by Chef Michael Mina to highlight the perspectives and expertise of many talented chefs.
Located on the ground floor of the International Market Place. The Street A Michael Mina Social House spans 6,900 square feet facing Kūhiō Avenue with 13 different chef-driven restaurant concepts ranging from homey Italian food to inventive poke.
Such a diverse culinary experience required a world class ventilation system that could address both the needs of the chefs as well as the building infrastructure. Halton was selected to provide a state of the art system that incorporates Capture Ray UV system. The Capture Ray system breaks down grease particles into inert compounds making it easier for the Ecology pollution control system to filter out remaining particulate and mitigate cooking odors that are being discharged.
Controlling these multiple systems is Halton’s M.A.R.V.E.L. demand control ventilation system. It manages the exhaust rate based on the cooking activity level as well as the function of UV system and pollution control unit. All operating system contained within a single control platform.
