FDO A0(A60)防火风闸适合要求苛刻的应用
浩盾FDO防火风闸是具有型式认证的 A0(A60) 级防火风闸,广泛适用于船舶和钻井平台上的通风系统。
概览
- 经全球主要船级社型式认证:无隔热层时达到A0级,经有效隔热处理后可达A15-A60等级。
- 固定外框采用喷漆、镀锌或不锈钢材质。叶片为不锈钢或镀锌钢。可选配法兰
- 叶片内置密封件 (有效耐温达270℃)
- 熔断器额定熔断温度为50℃、74℃或100℃,可定制其他温度
- 极低泄漏率,详见下表
- 可选配自动电气、气动或弹簧驱动系统
- 风管最大设计压力5000pa,最大风速15m/s
- 风闸常规工作温度范围为-50℃至+80℃。执行器及组件选型可能影响该温度范围。其他温度范围可按要求定制
- 可提供ATEX/IECEx认证
- 特定条件下可为风闸提供SIL 2安全评估证书
尺寸和材料厚度
FDO防火风闸符合圆形风管(Ø100-500毫米)的国际标准。Ø100和Ø125规格暂不提供不锈钢材质。Ø160及以上规格可按1mm计量单位定制生产。法兰及钻孔可选配,符合ISO 15138标准。特殊法兰及钻孔可按要求定制。框架材料厚度3mm或符合SOLAS规范。叶片由两片1mm厚钢板铆接而成。

产品型号和配件
浩盾FDO可配备以下执行器:
- FDO-EL: 电动弹簧复位马达;标配执行器为 24V或230V或120V。 马达包含内置限位开关。EL型配备独立接线盒。提供多种防爆执行器,可选配一秒关闭功能。
- FDO-PNR: 气动旋转执行器
- FDO-SP: 带熔断片的手动弹簧式执行器风闸
DOT: PNR和EL型号可选配手动复位功能
HSO: PNR与EL型号配备HVAC风闸智能复位功能,支持断电自动重启。一旦恢复供电或气源,系统将立即自动复位。
提供多种配件。
操作原理
当管道温度升高时:
- FDO-EL: 熔断片熔断,并切断弹簧复位马达的操作电压,允许弹簧关闭风闸叶片。更换熔断片且恢复马达的操作电压后,防火风闸自动打开。
- FDO-PNR:熔断片熔断,切断弹簧复位执行器的操作压力,允许弹簧关闭风闸叶片。更换熔断篇且重新连接气压后,防火风闸自动打开。
- FDO-SP: 熔断片熔断,允许弹簧关闭风闸叶片。更换熔断片后,防火风闸必须手动重设到打开位置。
