English celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal closed The Fat Duck in the UK for a complete renovation while he brought the Michelin-starred eatery to Melbourne.

Blumenthal opened The Fat Duck at Crown Resort in Melbourne for six months starting in February 2015. After that, it returned to the UK and the Crown restaurant will become known as Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.

It was the first international restaurant and Blumenthal brought his whole Fat Duck team with him for the relocation.

The Fat Duck has chosen Halton Solutions for the ventilation of their kitchen.
