规格
浩盾FDA 防火隔烟风闸是具有型式认证的 A0(A60) 级防火隔烟风闸,广泛适用于钻井平台、船舶和舰艇上的通风系统。FDA 可以安装在方形或圆形的管道中。所有的防火风闸都装有熔断片,以防止火和烟在通风管道中扩散。当风叶打开时,设备不会引起明显的压力损失、噪音或流量波动。在风闸的外部可以看见开/关指示器。非标尺寸的防火阀可以根据客户的需求进行定制。
尺寸和材料厚度
FDA防火风闸符合矩形(宽度B 200-1200mm,分隔25mm,高度H 200-1600mm,分割50mm)和圆形管道(Ø200-1250mm)的国际标准。可提供高达2500×2600 mm的模块化结构。
可根据要求提供非标准尺寸和法兰钻孔。标准法兰和钻孔符合ISO 15138标准。根据SOLAS,框架厚度为3mm或3-5mm。
叶片由两片组成,每片厚度为1毫米(夹层设计)。

浩盾FDA适配以下执行器:
- FDA-EL: 电动弹簧复位执行器;标准执行器采用24VAC/DC或230VAC或120VAC电源。根据所选的执行器类型,执行器内可能包含内置的开关限位器(开闭限位开关)。EL型号中配备了独立的接线盒。提供多种防爆执行器选择,其中包括可选的一秒关闭时间功能。
- FDA-PNR: 气动旋转执行器
操作原理
如果管道系统温度升高:
- FDA-EL: 熔断片熔断并切断弹簧复位执行器的操作电压,从而使弹簧关闭风闸叶片。当熔断片更换并且恢复马达的操作电压时,防火风闸会自动打开。
- FDA-PNR: 熔断片熔断,切断弹簧复位执行器的工作电压,从而使弹簧关闭风闸叶片。当熔断片更换并且重新连接气压后,防火风闸会自动打开。
