Halton Group acquires U.S. indoor air equipment manufacturer

Halton Group, a global indoor air company, has acquired the business activities and product design rights of LCSystems Inc., a family company from Kentucky in the United States that manufactures supply and exhaust air equipment for professional kitchens. The acquisition makes the company a part of Halton's Foodservice business that specializes in professional kitchen environments. In 2017, Halton delivered professional kitchen indoor air solutions to some 6,000 locations around the world.

Halton’s investments in France continue: professional kitchens and location attract

Halton invests approximately EUR 1 million in their Béthune factory research and product development facilities and the show kitchen environment that is unique in the world, enabling the company to test their indoor air technology widely and as a part of other professional kitchen technology. The project is a part of the more than EUR 4 million investments into Halton’s operations in France since 2016. Bethune’s renewed facilities will be opened for customers on 31 May 2018.

Halton delivers fire dampers and shut-off dampers for the TANAP gas pipeline project

Halton will supply gas-tight fire dampers and gas-tight shut-off dampers for the compressor and measuring stations of the 1,850 kilometre-long Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline being built across Turkey. Slightly under a half of the dampers made at Halton's Lahti factory were delivered by the end of November 2017 and the rest will be delivered during 2018.

Halton invests in the growth of its factory operations in Germany

Halton's newly refurbished 6,380 m2 factory in the Alpine landscapes of Reit im Winkl intends to increase its output by up to 50 % in the coming years. The expansion of the premises is in response to the factory's increased total sales, which have doubled since 2006. The value of the investment in the premises is €3 million.
