Vapiano restaurant opened its first branch in China to Shanghai on 29th May. Vapiano chain originated in Germany and today there are more than 150 Vapiano restaurants all over the world.
All Vapiano restaurants follow their German design standard and incorporate using high efficiency hoods and excellent grease filtration for their kitchen ventilation system. They prepare all of the food in front of the guests. Vapiano chose Halton to provide 16 m of hoods and air replacement systems for the Vapiano Shanghai.
Vapiano prepares and serves Italian cuisine according to an Italian proverb, “If you have an easy-going and relaxing approach to life, you’ll live more healthily and longer”. This philosophy fits very well with enabling wellbeing of people.
