Halton Ventures is the parent company of Halton Group as well as an active owner and investor focused on the green transition and the built environment. Its mission is to practice and support innovative entrepreneurship with a positive impact on society and the environment.

The activities of Halton Ventures include the active ownership and strategic support of Halton Group as well as other investment and innovation ventures aligned with the mission.

The current investment portfolio of Halton Ventures includes investment funds such as PT1 and Greencode Ventures and start-ups such as Smart Heating, Soletair Power, and Spacent. We aim to be an active participant in our investments and contribute our expertise. The investment activities of Halton Ventures also support the continuous innovation and renewal of Halton Group.
