The SL high-efficiency double deflection moisture eliminator is designed to provide effective moisture removal and reliable performance under arduous offshore and marine conditions. It is suitable for installation in duct inlets or exhausts where efficient water separation is required. The robust double deflection design ensures consistent operation and long service life across a range of applications.
Key Features
Casing
The moisture eliminator casing is formed from 3.0 mm thick sheet steel into a rigid channel section suitable for duct or surface mounting. The SL is available as a single unit, minimum size 300mm x 300mm and maximum size 2100mm x 2000mm. Larger sizes may be achieved with multiple unit assemblies. The insertion length is 200mm.
Vanes
The double deflection vanes are a formed single skin of 0.56 mm sheet steel, specially designed to maximise efficiency.

Installation
Dampers are typically provided with integral drilled flanges that allow for bolting to ductwork, structural divisions, wall sleeves and similar. Flanges and drillings can be to Halton standard or customer specification.
Installation and maintenance instructions are provided with each damper delivery.
