Overview
The CWL‑01 Fixed Blade Weather Louvre is designed to provide effective weather protection for air intake and exhaust openings in demanding industrial environments. Its robust fixed‑blade construction helps prevent the ingress of rain and airborne contaminants while allowing efficient airflow through the ventilation system.
Engineered for long‑term performance in harsh operating conditions, the CWL‑01 is particularly suited to offshore, marine, and heavy industrial applications where reliability, durability, and corrosion resistance are essential.
Key Features
Casing
The louvre casing is formed from 3.0 mm thick sheet steel into a rigid channel section suitable for duct or surface mounting. The CWL-01 is available as a single unit, maximum size 1200mm x 3000mm, or as a multiple unit assembly, maximum size 2400mm x 3000mm. The insertion length is 100mm.
Blades
The blades are a single skin of 3.0 mm sheet steel formed into a Z-section, installed at a pitch of 75mm and maintain a 37.5˚ angle.
