The KVE-UV combines Capture Jet™ technology, high-efficiency mechanical grease filtration, and Capture Ray™ UV technology to provide effective capture and containment while helping reduce grease accumulation in the kitchen exhaust system. The UV technology also helps mitigate cooking odors and emissions, supporting a cleaner and more maintainable exhaust system.
