Halton AirWatch technology improves kitchens’ Indoor Environment and is key to combine it with massive energy savings.
Kitchens’ activity releases numerous pollutants, the main source being cooking. At stake: VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), fine particles, CO2 and other substances, efficiently removed by Capture Jet™ hoods under “normal” use conditions.
Normal conditions or not, it is enough to enter a kitchen to realize that all the sources of pollution are not necessarily within the hoods’ “reach”. What about the cleaning operations or the flour for the pastry/bakery areas for instance? How to be sure that airflow optimization technologies do not impact the Air Quality and staffs’ working conditions?
Halton AirWatch sensor addresses all these challenges. It monitors not less than 6 factors representative of the thermal comfort and potential exposure to pollutants. Combined with M.A.R.V.E.L. airflow optimization technology, the end users benefit from massive savings but not at the expense of staff’s comfort and productivity.
