Nestled in the century-old tropical gardens of Nai Lert Park in the heart of Bangkok, École Ducasse – Nai Lert Bangkok Studio is a culinary school with classes and programmes, mastering French techniques, inspired by Chef Alain Ducasse.

The facilities include five kitchens, each with its own ambience, spread over 1,400 square metres on three floors.

Ecole Ducasse has chosen Halton Solutions for the ventilation of their kitchens.
