Juan Carlos Sandoval
Mechanical Design Technologist – Canada

Juan Carlos Sandoval has been with Halton in Canada since 2007.  He joined us as a student and began working in Engineering photocopying drawings and learning the ropes slowly.  January 2008, he was offered full time employment and has not looked back.

Upon his arrival the Engineering department he immediately signed up for AutoCAD courses and learned Solidworks on his own to help his teammates.  As Juan’s knowledge grew his Manager, German Cardenas, gave him more and more responsibility.  Juan became an integral part of the Engineering department.  Juan’s goal is always to “become an expert at what I do.”

Juan began to take Project Management courses to further his own learning and development.  Recently Halton asked Juan to move over to the Customer Service department and Juan has jumped to the challenge.
