WTC2026 brings together tunnelling and underground infrastructure professionals from around the world to exchange knowledge, explore new technologies, and discuss how underground spaces can support sustainable, resilient, and growing cities. This year’s theme, “Connecting Communities through Underground Infrastructure,” highlights the essential role of modern engineering solutions in urban development.
Halton contributes to underground projects with high performance ventilation and air quality solutions supporting safety, comfort, and long term operational efficiency which is crucial for tunnels, stations, and complex underground facilities.
WTC2026 will feature keynote presentations, technical sessions, workshops, and a major exhibition showcasing innovations shaping the future of underground infrastructure.
