Halton Group has published its 2024 Sustainability Performance Report, providing a transparent and detailed view of the company’s progress in environmental, social, and governance areas. The report indicates positive advancements in aspects such as employee engagement, renewable energy use, and global sales.
Highlights of the report include:
- In comparison to 2023, solar power production at Halton facilities rose by 160 percent.
- The employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) increased from 11 to 15, while the industry benchmark is 2.
- Participation in Halton’s internal training increased from around 500 to 3250.
- A comprehensive plan for ethical sourcing was developed. EcoVadis was selected as a new tool to assess and enhance the sustainability of Halton’s suppliers.
“In 2024, we strengthened the foundations of our sustainability work, combining product innovation with concrete action in our own operations,” says Riikka Paarma, CSO at Halton Group. “This report is not only about our progress—it’s a roadmap for what comes next.”
In January 2025, Halton announced its commitment to align with the Science-Based Targets initiative. With this commitment, Halton aims to decarbonise its operations in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.
