The Nordic Light Trio office building is located in the heart of the Budapest office hub, The Váci Office Corridor. The 14,000 sqm office space is designed to enhance the wellbeing of its tenants. Solutions such as a landscaped multi-activity courtyard, green terraces and bike storage areas with lockers and showers have been used in the building.

Skanska Property Hungary has chosen Halton Solutions for the ventilation of the office space. Halton delivered 900 pc of the Halton Rex 600 chilled beam.

The Nordic Light Trio has received LEED Gold certification and is aiming for WELL certification. Additionally, it was awarded Office of The Year – Best Planned Project of the Year 2018 in Hungary.
