Skjutsgossen 12 or Batteriet, is located in the heart of Södermalm, Stockholm. The 34,000 sqm building has potential of becoming an ultra-modern creative hub and office building. With its concierge services, energizing gaming lounge, fully equipped gym, courtyard, high-profile restaurant, and rooftop bar, Batteriet meets the needs of modern tenants.

Halton is the selected partner of the building architect, Studio Stockholm, in delivering the indoor climate solution for the office space. Halton tailored a unique, invisible beam solution for the project, based on Halton Rex Exposed (REE) chilled beams, with integrated acoustic panels made of Träullit and integrated lighting.
