Halton Thermal Imaging sensor has been specially developed to go one step beyond in the massive energy savings the 5 times awarded M.A.R.V.E.L. energy optimization technology offers in commercial kitchens.
This new imaging technology scans and measures the surface temperature of cooking blocs with a higher precision. This allows for individually differentiating the activity of each appliance, and this with the fastest reaction. Thanks to this precision, the artificial intelligence behind M.A.R.V.E.L. optimization technology adjusts even more finely the airflow level, depending on the cooking activity.
The small to medium size kitchens, typically equipped with 1 to 3 hoods, were having the problem of noticeably longer ROI than bigger kitchens. This difference now belongs to past thanks to a specific and new adaptation of M.A.R.V.E.L.
Also available as a Service, i.e. without initial investment, M.A.R.V.E.L. solutions equipped with the new Halton Thermal Imaging sensor generalizes the highest savings to all types of commercial kitchens.
