Historic setting, low ceiling heights, limited space. At Åhus Gästgivaregård, an establishment with roots dating back to the early 18th century, creating a high-performance kitchen meant working within the constraints of an old building.
Together with the technical consultants, INTEC Malmö, Halton designed a bespoke ventilation solution to meet these challenges while supporting the restaurant’s operational and environmental objectives.
