The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto is built on the banks of the Kamagawa River.

The total area of the hotel is 20,000 m², and have 150 rooms. Halton Foodservice installed 40 units of Capture Jet™ hood for the 5 kitchens on three floors , all of the hoods with M.A.R.V.E.L. and UV systems. The air flow rate investigation has been going, significant energy saving is confirmed.
