Based in a long term relation with Electrolux Industrial SA, Halton Foodservice has supplied and installed a high performance ventilation and exhaust system in the kitchen of the recently opened Burgos University Hospital.
In cooperation with Electrolux Industrial SA and Consulting engineering office Promec, Halton proposed a solution to fit with many technical challenges such as: heights, dimensions, airflows, aesthetical finishing, etc…, while ensuring high levels of comfort for kitchen staff, good containment capacity, minimum energy consumption and low cost of ownership.
