Opened in September 2014, the Central Kitchen in Lyon produces and manages 25000 meals a day prepared by 60 employees. The maximum capacity will reach 35 to 37000 meals a day with up to 90 employees.

On a surface of 3000m², this central kitchen serves 125 school canteens.
