The world-renowned three-star Michelin chef Thomas Bühner opened “La Vie by Thomas Bühner” restaurant in Taiwan.
After he closed his “La Vie” restaurant in Osnabrück (Germany), he began to think about the next step for the restaurant. He finally decided to settle in the treasure island of Taiwan, and completely transplanted “La Vie” from Osnabrück to Taipei City to start a new journey.
Here, the Chef and kitchen staff are the stars of the show, presenting Thomas Bühner’s famous three-star Michelin menu in front of guests through the glass kitchen.
