𝗔𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻/𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮. And all of this is achieved through an amazing architectural design. The Panorama Alm in Austria combines these three areas, each with 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀, all while offering 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀.
Designing ventilation for such a mixed configuration means 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀.
Visually, the open kitchen invites guests to watch the cooking in action, whilst behind the scenes, the closed kitchen and service areas must effectively manage heat, humidity and airflow without disrupting operations.
