Halton Marine has delivered approximately 1,000 pieces of Halton dampers for Royal Caribbean International’s new flagship, Odyssey of the Seas, their second Quantum Ultra-class unit. The delivered dampers included fire dampers, fire and gas dampers, gas-tight shut-off dampers, balancing dampers, and airflow management dampers.

With an overall length of 347.1 m, width of 41.4 m and 8.53 m draft, Odyssey of the Seas is one of the largest cruise ships ever built at Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany. The cruise ship can accommodate 4,198 guests at double occupancy and 5,498 at full capacity with its 2,137 passenger cabins.
