Central Hotel Gdańsk has chosen Halton to provide the kitchen ventilation solution for their PG4 Brewery restaurant.

Central Hotel Gdańsk and its PG4 brewery, named after its location at ul. Podwale Grodzkie 4 opened officially in June 2017.

They are located in a former railway station for which modernization and adaptation lasted a total of seven years. This represented an important investment because it is located in the heart of Gdansk, next to the main railway station of Gdansk. Built in 1893, the premises were before the war the headquarters of the railway inspection; and after the war, a railway health center.

The building has become now the four-star Central Hotel with 39 luxurious rooms, and on the ground floor and in the basement the PG4 brewery.

The whole is impressive and will probably be a very popular place for Gdansk citizens and travelers.
