The two historic inns Adler and Ochsen together with the newly built Haus Wolf form the three-house Hotel Caspar. The traditional Adler and Ochsen restaurants offer fine delicacies from the region. Even after their total refurbishment, they are two restaurants with a distinctly individual character.
