Inter Scaldes (Latin for ‘between the Scheldes) is located in Zeeland between the Eastern and Western Scheldt, in the vast polders of Kruiningen.

Chef Jeroen Achtien

  • Earned his 2 Michelin stars at Restaurant Sens in Switzerland.
  • Named Discovery of the Year by Gault&Millau in 2019, promise of the Year in 2022 and also received an 18/20 score in 2022.
  • Became the new Chef of the prestigious starred restaurant Inter Scaldes, in January 2023.
