At the heart of their exceptional kitchen, we installed the Halton KCJ-UV ventilated ceiling. This system not only ensures a pristine working environment by efficiently capturing smoke, grease, and heat, but also features integrated UV Capture Ray technology. This innovation keeps the plenum and ductwork virtually grease-free and reduces cooking odour emissions.

Paired with our Halton Connect platform, the Château d’Yquem team now has real-time visibility into their ventilation system’s performance, enabling predictive maintenance and maximizing energy efficiency.
