The St Regis Hong Kong is a luxury hotel located on Hong Kong Island. It is home to a two Michelin-starred French restaurant under the direction of Chef Olivier Elzer. With over 23 years of experience, Chef Olivier Elzer joins The St Regis Hong Kong as culinary director of the French restaurant L’Envol. And in 2021, just two years after opening, the restaurant will receive its first two Michelin stars.
