The new table of Chef Jean-François Piège and Moma Group, Mimosa, settles at the Hôtel de la Marine, an iconic monument on Place de la Concorde and a fine architectural ensemble, made in the 18th century. Until 1798, it housed the Garde-Meuble de la Couronne, before becoming the headquarters of France’s navy ministry for over 200 years.
Mimosa combines three words: Nature, Pleasure and Sun. For the Chef, “Mimosa is an ode to France”.
Mimosa has chosen Halton Solutions for the ventilation of their kitchen.
