CJP Capture Jet Plenum

Halton’s Capture Jet® plenums help convert your existing exhaust only hoods to Halton’s patented Capture Jet® technology. Capture Jet® plenums are used to correct troublesome capture problems or reduce existing design air volumes to save energy. Halton Capture Jet® fans are mounted within the plenum on the face of the hood and can be sized to your existing hood length.

Specification

Halton’s patented Capture Jet® technology is incorporated in a slim plenum design with impellar fan to create a horizontal discharge capture jet. This Capture Jet® improves capture and containment on exhaust only hoods by directing the convective plume and effluent toward the exhaust filters and increasing the hood face velocity. The Capture Jet® air shall be introduced through a special discharge panel The Capture Jet fan shall be internally mounted within the plenum and prewired to a solid state speed control. Halton Capture Plenum requires 120/1/60, 2 amps per fan.

Plenum is constructed of stainless steel and easy to clean.
