Solutions / Stadiums and Arenas / Arena ventilation

The ventilation in a stadium

Arenas are often designed with the ventilation integrated into the raised floor structure and the building’s construction. This way, we can guarantee that the spectators always have enough good air. Proper ventilation regulates temperature and humidity levels, preventing heat buildup and creating a more pleasant environment. Additionally, it supports emergency evacuation plans by controlling smoke and other hazardous substances in case of a fire or other incidents.

Typical challenges

How can you handle both peak and non-peak hours, coping with stadium crowds in an energy‑efficient manner? And how can you design the ventilation not to interfere with the spectators’ experience?

Halton has answers.

Do you have a challenge that requires a solution?

Consult us! Let’s see if we have ready made solutions for you or if we can make one together!

Why choose Halton?

Halton ‘co-designs’ with the design team, collaborating to create solutions together that achieve the most comfortable environment.

We tailor and test our products to suit the spectators and the seating structures.
